GB with his sister, going through wedding photos; BB on our kitchen stoop where his father and aunt sat 25 years ago drinking from their sippy cups (oh, the memories) and then again on the hearth-

BB is now crawling all over the place, pulling himself up to stand, and trying to walk.  He's such a strong little boy!  Oh, and he's quite the little clapper, too.

Here is BB, recently a crawler and soon to be a walker, and his father on Easter Sunday.

GB came over to watch the Daytona 500 with G.  Unfortunately, they've added so much pre-race stuff to the programming that the actual race never came on before he had to get BB home again.  It is always nice to see the two of them together, though.

GB has had a ring in his grandfather's safe for some time, and finally gave it to JC on Christmas Eve.  Here she is sporting it at our house and happy to do so.

Despite bitter cold and a spitting rain/snow combination, today was a great day!

Here is BB, waiting outside for the mass to end so that we can enter for his big celebration.

G's sister (whose son Aidan takes his middle name from) holding the other infant grandson, MB.

The two little cousins at the reception afterwards-totally interested, as you can tell, in all the commotion around them.

GB came over today with JC and the baby for a visit before I head out to China.  PB and RB joined us and we all had pizza from a nearby take-out.

BB is almost two weeks old.  His daddy and mommy are so proud; he's gained a bunch of weight and is getting longer by the day.

Mother and child came home this evening.  Here are some debut pictures.

Quick post, as it is the first day of school and I had little sleep last night (nothing compared to JC, though).  We have a new grandson!

Brody made his appearance shortly before midnight last night, saving himself from having the same birthday as RB, who is two today.  Mom is tired and baby appeared to be doing fine, though his head was a little misshapen from the long hours before his birth.  GB is also tired and happy.  Brody is a little heavier and taller than he was, so he said he hoped he kept growing in order to keep up the basketball tradition.
