I just turned 44 in November of 2008. When I turn 45 next year, I don't want to have a list of "someday" projects related to my well-being that still aren't done. So here will be the chronology of changes I make and (hopefully) the success of those changes.
Week One-November 28, 2008:
The goal for this week is to replace Diet Coke (to which I am addicted) with water and to drink 6-8 cups of water per day.
Week Two-December 5, 2008:
The goal is to do a ten minute set of abdominal exercises-two sets per day.
Week One-Results:
Good start to the week, bad finish. Have to try again this week.
